You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials. You are liable for all activities performed using your API key.

3. Payment & No Refund Policy

Our Services are provided on a pre-paid basis.

• Pre-paid Credits: Our Services are provided on a pre-paid basis.
• All Sales Final: Because we provide immediate access to digital computational resources, all purchases (including top-ups and subscriptions) are final and non-refundable.
• No Refunds for Unused Credits: We do not offer refunds for unused credit balances under any circumstances.
• Disputes: Filing a transaction dispute (chargeback) without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities, generating sexually explicit content (NSFW), or promoting violence.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling our API without permission.

We reserve the right to ban your account without notice or refund if you violate these rules.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service acts as a gateway to third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of content generated by these models. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVO GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
