How does billing actually work?+
EvoLink is fully prepaid and pay-as-you-go. You top up a credit balance (1 credit ≈ $0.0147), and every API call deducts exactly what that call costs — per second for video/audio, per image for image models, per token for LLMs. There is no subscription, no seat fee, and no minimum monthly spend.
Do credits expire?+
Purchased (top-up) credits never expire. Promotional or bonus credits from campaigns may carry an expiry date, which is always shown in your billing dashboard before you claim them.
Why are your prices lower than the official APIs?+
We buy capacity at volume rates and pass most of the discount on. Every SKU is labeled with its supply channel — official or beta — right in the model ID, and both channels’ prices are published side by side.
How is video generation billed?+
Per second of generated video, with multipliers for resolution and model tier. The table above shows the lowest available rate; each model page has the full resolution × duration matrix.
What payment methods do you support?+
Credit/debit cards via Stripe (with saved cards and auto-recharge), Alipay and WeChat Pay, and corporate bank transfer for companies. Redemption codes from campaigns can be applied in the billing dashboard.
Can I get invoices for my company?+
Yes — invoices are self-serve in the dashboard. Set your company title once, then generate, download, or email sealed invoices for any top-up.
Is there a free way to try the API?+
Creating an account and an API key requires no credit card. Model playgrounds on each model page let you preview output quality before you top up.
Do you offer volume or enterprise discounts?+
Yes. If your team spends more than ~$1,000/month, contact us with your expected workload — volume pricing, higher rate limits, and a dedicated support channel are available on committed spend.
Do failed generations cost money?+
No. If a generation fails — upstream error, timeout, or capacity — it never hits your balance. There is no dispute process to go through; failures simply are not billed.
